On Friday we had the first competition of the 2025 outdoor season in North Wales with the North Wales Endurance Open

The athletes that took part have set a benchmark for the season moving forward and got times and distances to improve over the outdoor season.
Six athletes were in action on the track on Sunday 6th April at open meetings held in Manchester and Liverpool.
The Liverpool open meeting saw PB’s for Seren in the senior women’s 3000m who finished in a time of 11.24, knocking over 35 seconds off her previous best.
Hugo (u13) enjoyed a busy day of action, competing in Long Jump - 4.35m (new PB) coming 2nd overall, 150m - 21.51 (new PB) 4th overall, 75m - 10.89 (new club record) 3rd overall.
Jake (u17) stepped up for his first competition of the year finishing his 100m with a new PB of 11.68s. He was 4th in the 200m with a new PB of 24.34s and an amazing 2nd in the 400m with a new PB of 53.88s taking over 2s of his previous best time!!

In Manchester, Sienna (u13) competed in the 150m (22.06 - 5th overall), long jump (3.62 - 4th overall) and javelin (13.93 - 3rd overall). Maddie (u11) knocked a further second off her 600m PB today at Manchester running a time of 2.03.21 and coming second overall! Cari raced 100m and 200m in the under 17 age group. Coming in 6th in the 200m in a time of 27.42. In the 100m she was 5th earning anew PB of 13.03s
