End of Outdoor Season Round Up

We have had a few end of season track open meetings over the couple of weeks in a number of different locations; Wrexham, Manchester, Bury and Menai. As ever it has been amazing to see so many of our athletes in action and to see everyone enjoying competing  and seeing their progress, racking up super PB’s and setting goals for the next year ahead. Amongst the many excellent performances, a special mention to Sienna H who has had her eyes set on the Colwyn Bay club record for u11 girls in the 75m for the past couple of seasons. Over the past three weeks she has managed to break it not once, but twice setting a new club record of 10.87 seconds taking her top of Wales in her age group . Above all, a huge well done to everyone who has represented the club this year. It has not been the easiest of seasons with no track to train on, no jumps and limited facilities . Hopefully, with our newly resurfaced track we can enjoy a few years of no upheaval!!!
