An England Athletics licence has been obtained for all four (OUT 25/174).
There are three more meetings in 2025, scheduled as follows:
• Match 2: Saturday, 24th May – Macclesfield Leisure Centre (hosted by Macclesfield Harriers & AC)
• Match 3: Saturday, 21st June – Victoria Park Stadium, Warrington (hosted by Warrington AC)
• Match 4: Saturday, 30th August – Macclesfield Leisure Centre (hosted by Macclesfield Harriers & AC)
These meetings are open events with the following differences from standard open meetings:
1. Priority Entry Window: A 1-week priority entry for clubs previously part of the Cheshire League.
2. Point Scoring System: Athletes can score points across all four matches, contributing to end-of-season awards.
3. Standardized Timetables: Matches 1 and 3 follow one timetable, while matches 2 and 4 follow another.
Entry Information • Entry Fee: £6 per event (via Roster). • Relays: £6 per team (all team members must be from the same club and wear club vests) • Under 11 Quadrathlon: £20 (includes 75m, 600m, long jump, and soft javelin – a £4 saving).
• Entry Deadline: Thursday, 24th April, 7 PM.
• Entry fees (minus transaction fees) may be refunded at the discretion of the organisers before the closing date.
Priority Entry Information • A one-week priority entry window applies, during which only clubs from the former Cheshire League (as of the 2024 season) may submit entries.
• Eligible clubs: Altrincham, Bury AC, Cheshire Dragons, Crewe & Nantwich AC, Deeside AC, East Cheshire Harriers, Halton & Frodsham AC, Handforth AC & Knutsford, Macclesfield Harriers & AC, Manchester Harriers & AC, Oldham & Royton, Salford Metropolitan AC, St. Helens AC, Stockport AC, Vale Royal, Warrington AC, West Cheshire AC, Wrexham AC.
• Each club is limited to three entries per event during the priority window.
• During this window, entries will be accepted from athletes, parents, coaches, and team managers, provided they adhere to the stated guidelines.
