North Wales Championship 2025

Da iawn and well done to all the fantastic 20 plus athletes we had taking part in today’s rather challenging, muddy North Wales Cross Country Championships held at Treborth in Bangor.

For the juniors we had; u11’s - Lois, Maddie, Charlotte, Elijah, Dylan and Joseph. Under 13’s we had Elin, Sienna, Aneia and Finley, u15’s we had Casi, Thomas and Ruben, and representing the u17’s we had Sorrell .

For the seniors we had Anne, Jen, Lian, Emma and Helen, Russ, Jared, Greg, Ian and Dave. The conditions today were tough, with heavy, sticky mud but everyone did amazingly well.

We had individual medals for Lois (2nd) and Maddie (3rd) in the under 11 girls. Our under 11 girls and under 13 girls also managed team medals in their race with a gold for Lois, Maddie and Charlotte and a silver for Sienna, Aneia and Elin .

In the senior race, our ladies team also took the overall team bronze and the masters team bronze while Anne took a bronze in her age category, Helen gained an unsocial GOLD in her age group and Barrie also gained a silver in his age group while Russ picked up a bronze in his age category- da iawn troops  All photos are on our instagram and facebook.
