Weekly Round Up

A few congratulations to our athletes from the last week or so;
First off well done to Ciara who competed in the Welsh mountain running championships on the 14th July in Fron, Caernarfon. Ciara ran a superb race of over 6k over some tough ground and challenging elevation finishing 4th in her age category - excellent 
Second up congratulations to both Josh and Elin who both managed sub 20 5k’s in the ‘race the highland train’ race in Caernarfon last night. Elin was 4th female overall and finished 2nd in her age group. Josh was 1st in his age group. Well done also to Ian and Chris on their excellent race results and thanks to Rob for helping to pace Josh and Elin 
Meanwhile, Ruben travelled to Manchester yesterday to race 800m in one of the Trafford opens pushing himself to another PB of 2.15.72. Great running Ruben
